Designing a real-time 3D motorcycle configurator that lets riders build and visualize their personalized Royal Enfield before purchase.
The Make It Yours (MiY) project is a digital motorcycle customization platform that allows users to design their own Royal Enfield using a real-time 3D configurator. As a 3D Generalist and Project Manager, I led the pipeline for asset production, coordinated UI development, and contributed to user research and product development to ensure a seamless and immersive customization experience across mobile and web platforms.

Turning chaos into clarity
We approached the project by combining user-centered product design with an optimized 3D production pipeline. The process began with user research to understand how riders explore customization options and what information they need before making a purchase decision. Based on these insights, we developed a scalable asset creation workflow for motorcycle models and accessories while collaborating closely with UI designers to integrate the 3D configurator into the application. The focus was to ensure real-time performance, intuitive customization controls, and accurate visual representation of every configuration.
